Our Comic-Con Geek Hottie of the Day for Saturday is cutie-pie Felicia Day — and how many more times could I possibly cram the word “day” into a sentence?
The saucy redhead is the writer, producer and star of the terrific web series The Guild, about a group of online gamers and their dorky real lives. I’m not a gaming guy at all but I love the show — it delivers lots of laughs (even if you don’t really get all the gaming jokes), and of course there’s ample opportunity to gawk at the adorable Felicia.
Like yesterday’s Geek Hottie, Blair Butler, you won’t find a lot of photos of Felicia all scantily-clad with her boobs in her hands, but I defy you to find anyone cuter and more talented — or geeky. Felicia also appeared in Buffy the Vampire Slayer, Dollhouse, and Dr. Horrible’s Sing-Along Blog. That’s some serious geek cred right there. Here’s hoping Joss Whedon finds a role for her in his upcoming Avengers movie — she’d make a great Wasp.
And speaking as a big Doctor Who nerd, I have to say the photo of Felicia below gives me a special kind of thrill.
